Where we deliver

We deliver to all 27 governorates in Egypt through our courier partner, Bosta.

Delivery fee

The delivery fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order, based on your governorate. When free delivery applies (for example above a certain order value), this is also shown at checkout.

How long it takes

Cairo and Giza: usually 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed.
Other governorates: usually 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates; Bosta will contact you on the day of delivery.

Cash on delivery

Before we ship a cash-on-delivery order, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. If we can’t reach you after two attempts within 48 hours, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
Please have the exact amount ready. You pay the courier the order total shown on your order page, including the delivery fee.
Cash on delivery is available up to a maximum order value shown at checkout. Larger orders can be paid online.
If a cash-on-delivery parcel is refused at the door without a valid reason (such as a damaged or wrong item), we may ask for online payment on future orders.

Paid online

Orders paid online by card or mobile wallet ship once the payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order is on its way.

Tracking

Your order page shows the status of your order, and the tracking number once the parcel is with Bosta. Keep the link to your order page from your confirmation.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If Bosta can’t deliver after its delivery attempts, the parcel comes back to us; we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery, which may carry a new delivery fee.
