These terms apply when you use sorella-home.com or buy from Sorella. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

Who we are

Sorella is a home textiles brand based in Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us through our contact page.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because they are made from natural cotton, small differences in colour, texture and size can occur, and colours can look different on different screens.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you order.
• You can pay online (card, mobile wallet or instalments, processed by our payment provider) or by cash on delivery, within the limits shown at checkout.
• We never see or store your card details: online payments are handled entirely on our payment provider’s secure page.
• If a product’s price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it: for cash-on-delivery orders after our confirmation call or message, for online orders once payment is confirmed.
• We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if we can’t confirm a cash-on-delivery order, or if we suspect fraud. If you already paid, you receive a full refund.
• Stock is reserved for you while you complete an online payment, for up to 30 minutes.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy; returns, exchanges and refunds by our refund policy.

Using the website

Please don’t misuse the website: for example, don’t place fake orders, attempt to break its security, or copy our photos and text without permission. Our photos, logo, texts and designs belong to Sorella.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and for your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown on this page when you place your order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
